This is a little corner of the internet where I get to pour out my love for drinks, flavor, and hospitality. Think of it like walking into a lounge at 9pm—just when the night starts to stretch out, the lights go dim, and the first proper drink hits the table. It’s warm, a little indulgent, and full of small surprises.
Anna’s Lounge is part diary, part menu, part memory archive. It’s where I document what I’m learning, tasting, and dreaming up. Sometimes it’s nerdy (shoutout to WSET), sometimes playful, and maybe I'll get deeply personal if you look around hard enough.
Before this, I ran the bar at RevTime in Lan Kwai Fong, doing everything from managing the team to building cocktail programs and holding down the floor on some truly wild nights and tender conversations. Somewhere along the way I fell in love with the craft, the chaos, and the intimacy—and this site is my way of carrying that forward, in my own voice and on my own terms.
